Keep Breaking Down Boxes

2021 was imprinted with these two stubborn energies in two stubborn fixed signs.

Saturn represents systems, structures, traditions, priorities, hierarchies and containers.

Uranus represents revolution, awakening, innovation, and shock to a system.

When these two planets square off like this, it’s about dismantling old systems that can’t evolve.

On a personal level in your life and Work, you are not yet done breaking down the boxes you’ve been thrust into by society and culture – the “SYSTEM”.

So many of these structures are ingrained in us, that we forget that they don’t belong to us, nor do they serve us. These systemic beliefs need to be stripped away.

Systemic beliefs such as the idea that you have to look a certain way, lead a certain way, be successful a certain way, or act a certain way in order to be an expert or taken seriously.

These beliefs that keep you working when you’re tired, giving when you have nothing left, perpetuating patriarchal and capitalist strategies as the “norm” even though they leave you feeling icky and empty inside.

No more. Time to break down those boxes and dump them into the recycling bin. We have innovation and sustainability to create in our lives and businesses that serve all, not just the few.

This week, Pluto is at a standstill all week on Cap 26°19’ and finally ends its retrograde! It’s been in this position on 26° since August, so pay close attention to the difference you feel with your emotional truths being illuminated. This comes as you also have realizations about the action you’re meant to take in your business and the words you must call into your heart, as well with Mercury retrograde ending. Both of these planets moving forward in the sky again urges you to not shy away from letting transformation take over. Before the retrograde ends, also pay attention to the trine the two planets make, urging you to pay attention closely to how your words have power.

Today, Pluto stops its shifting of gears and shifts to appear to move forward in the sky again after appearing to go backwards previously. The retrograde is over! Pluto spends about 50% of the year in reverse, and because this dwarf planet is so far removed from us on Earth, its effects are subtle – yet profound.

The week up to and away from this shift is where we will feel the power of Pluto the most intensely. The key to working with Pluto is to dive into the intensity. If you try to avoid the intensity, Pluto will only turn up the heat. Notice what shadows want to come into the light. Befriend these shadows, get to know them, their hurts and work through them.
